en season restaurant is dedicated to the use of local, sustainably farmed ingredients for all of its menu offerings. All produce used in the restaurant is grown using a range of sustainable practices, including: companion planting, natural pest control by using beneficial insects, water conservation through the use of rainwater catchment systems or zero watering, using only organic amendments and composting, crop rotation, and proper soil management in addition to planting heirloom and non-genetically modified seeds. All meats used in the restaurant are humanely raised in spacious pastures and are hormone and antibiotic-free. We share these values with the following local farms and community partners.

en season also offers a variety of bulk grains and locally crafted salsas for sale in our facility. We are proud to support fellow sustainably driven entrepreneurs.
